Branded E Construction® LLC (“Branded E Construction®,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website brandedeconstruction.com (the “Site”). We are a roofing, storm restoration, and remodeling company serving North Texas. We respect your privacy, and this Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. When you contact us or request an estimate through our Site, we collect the information you choose to give us, which typically includes:

We do not collect payment or credit card information on the Site. We do not process payments through the Site.

We communicate with our clients using JobNimbus, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform that we use to manage projects and to send and receive text messages. Please see Section 4 for important details about text messaging.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

When you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Branded E Construction® related to your inquiry, your estimate, and your project. These messages are sent through our CRM provider, JobNimbus. Message types may include responses to your inquiry, estimate and appointment information, scheduling and project updates, and customer service messages.

• Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project and your communications with us.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you reply STOP, you may receive a single confirmation message, and then we will stop sending you text messages.
• Restart: If you opted out by mistake, you may reply UNSTOP to restart messages.

• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

IMPORTANT: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only as needed to operate our business and serve you, including with:

• Service providers that help us run our business and communicate with you, such as JobNimbus (our CRM and text messaging provider), Google Analytics (website analytics), and our website host. These providers may access your information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it.
• Our team members and trusted subcontractors who help complete your project.
• Government agencies, insurers, or other parties when you ask us to, or when we are required to by law.

As stated in Section 4, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in and consent data are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and SMS opt-in and consent data are not shared with any third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messaging service you requested.

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide our services, to maintain business records, and to comply with our legal obligations. When we no longer need your information, we take reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
