Jeremy Edgar is the owner and driving force behind Branded E Construction®. His leadership is built on integrity, faith, and a commitment to doing things the right way. He founded Branded E Construction® with one clear goal: to bring top-tier craftsmanship and honest guidance to homeowners who deserve clarity and peace of mind.
Before launching Branded E, Jeremy spent years working as a lead forensic engineering technician. That experience gave him a trained eye for detail and a problem-solving approach that carries through every roof inspection and project. Combined with more than thirty years as an ordained minister, Jeremy brings a service-first mindset to every interaction, treating people with care, patience, and respect.
Jeremy has been married to his wife Jennifer for twenty-five years, and together they have raised two daughters who both attended Texas A and M University. Outside of work, Jeremy is deeply invested in his community and in giving back to causes that protect and serve families. Jennifer Edgar is the heart behind Branded E Construction®. While the craftsmanship shows on every roof, the company's foundation is built on the values she helps lead every day. As co-owner, Jennifer plays a vital role in shaping the company's culture, faith-based mission, and long-term vision.
Jennifer’s influence is felt in every detail of the business. From systems and organization to quality control and client experience, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her steady leadership and attention to detail help create the family-first atmosphere and high standard of care that homeowners experience from the very first interaction.
Married to Jeremy for twenty-five years, Jennifer has walked through every season of building Branded E Construction® from the ground up. She is a proud wife, mom, and Aggie parent, and remains deeply invested in both the company’s growth and its commitment to serving the community. Bryan Bohanon
Senior Project Manager
Bryan Bohanon serves as Senior Project Manager at Branded E Construction® and brings a calm, steady leadership style shaped by decades of experience. Born and raised in the Fort Worth and Saginaw area, Bryan understands the community we serve and the responsibility to protect homeowners and their investments.
Before entering the roofing industry, Bryan spent twenty five years in law enforcement, retiring in 2020. His career included roles as a correctional officer, patrol officer, motorcycle officer, accident investigator, and drone operator. That background developed a strong attention to detail, disciplined problem solving, and the ability to lead under pressure, qualities that directly benefit every homeowner he works with.
Bryan joined Branded E Construction® in 2022 and quickly became a key leader within the company. He oversees projects with a focus on clear communication, follow through, and doing the job the right way. Homeowners appreciate his honesty, consistency, and commitment to delivering results without shortcuts.
Bryan has been married to his wife Melinda since 1998, and together they have raised three daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. At Branded E Construction®, Bryan’s leadership reflects our belief that it truly matters who you choose®.
Drew Haugstad
Project Manager
Drew Haugstad serves as a Project Manager at Branded E Construction® and brings a people-first approach to every project he oversees. He leads with integrity, faith, and a genuine desire to care well for homeowners throughout the roofing and restoration process.
Drew is known for his clear communication, attention to detail, and willingness to walk clients through each step so they feel informed and supported. Homeowners appreciate his calm presence and his commitment to making sure questions are answered and expectations are met from start to finish.
Married for six years, Drew is a proud husband and father of two young children. Family is central to his life, and that value carries into how he serves homeowners and the Branded E Construction® team. Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and playing with the family’s two golden retrievers. His heart for people makes him a natural fit for our team and our mission.
Andrew Wilkerson
Project Manager
It matters who you choose®, and Andrew is a clear example of why we’re intentional about every person on our team. With more than fourteen years of customer service experience, Andrew brings strong communication, steady leadership, and a genuine heart for people. He spent eleven years serving the DFW community with Chick fil A as a Hospitality and Culture Development Director, where he built teams, developed culture, and led through servant leadership rooted in integrity and care.
Andrew later transitioned into the oil and gas industry as a field engineer, managing detail driven projects across Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Married to his wife Jordan, a Wise County native, Andrew is a devoted father of two daughters and lives out his faith daily, guided by Proverbs 17:17. A former collegiate athlete and proven leader, Andrew understands teamwork, adaptability, and doing things the right way. When Andrew is on your project, you get professionalism, follow through, and someone who truly cares about the outcome.
Scott Stutheit
Install Manager
Scott Stutheit serves as Install Manager at Branded E Construction® and brings a rare combination of technical precision and hands-on leadership to every project. With decades of experience managing complex systems and processes, Scott ensures that every installation meets the highest standards for quality, safety, and consistency.
Before entering construction, Scott spent more than thirty years working in information technology, beginning as a developer and later specializing in infrastructure and security. His background as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional shaped his disciplined approach to problem solving, planning, and execution. Over the past five years, he has applied that same attention to detail to roofing and job site management, helping crews deliver clean, precise, and reliable results.
Scott also spent more than twenty years serving as an adult leader with the Boy Scouts of America, where he developed and taught leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. Those values carry directly into how he trains crews and oversees installations today.
Married for more than thirty years and a proud father of two, Scott values loyalty, consistency, and doing things the right way. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, camping, and stargazing. At Branded E Construction®, Scott’s leadership helps ensure every roof is installed with care, precision, and long-term confidence.
Paul Easterling
Install Manager
Paul Easterling serves as an Install Manager at Branded E Construction® and brings disciplined, mission-focused leadership to every job site. With more than twenty years of service as a United States Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant, Paul understands what it means to lead with accountability, precision, and responsibility.
As our on-site leader, Paul ensures the right materials are in place, safety standards are followed, and every detail of the installation meets Branded E Construction®’s uncompromising expectations. His background in the Marines shaped his attention to detail, ability to lead teams under pressure, and commitment to doing the job right the first time.
Paul is a dedicated husband and father of four. Family is central to his life, including a son who followed in his footsteps by serving in the United States Marine Corps. That same dedication carries into his work, where homeowners appreciate his consistency, professionalism, and pride in delivering quality results.
